C2A pre-coordinated MEPF layouts to guide subcontractors before the coordination phase. We also worked closely with the contractor by leading meetings, tracking issues, and ensuring smooth execution.
Our coordination and digital management approach supported the seamless integration of prefabricated elements, ensuring efficient assembly and a smooth execution process while adhering to the project’s modern and functional design principles.
