A 59-story luxury residential tower in Edgewater, Miami, featuring 135 ultra-high-end waterfront condominiums with a distinctive and complex façade.
C2A pre-coordinated MEPF layouts to provide a structured guide for subcontractors before the coordination phase. Additionally, we facilitated coordination meetings, tracked issues, and ensured effective communication among project stakeholders.
By proactively resolving MEPF coordination complexities, we helped streamline the execution of this high-end residential project, maintaining the architectural vision while minimizing costly field adjustments.
