Situated by the lagoon, this simple home becomes a city escape for an intergenerational family. A central courtyard anchors the house and creates an outdoor area shielded from the prevailing ocean winds.

C2A worked as a dedicated partner throughout the project, providing comprehensive modeling and documentation through Design Development (DD), multiple Permit Sets, and Construction Documentation (CD).
