The Philadelphia Public Services Building is a historic civic landmark in Philadelphia, originally built in 1924 as the home of The Philadelphia Inquirer. Today, it serves as a central hub for municipal services, housing the Philadelphia Police Department headquarters, district police stations, the 911/411 communications center, the Office of the Medical Examiner, and administrative offices. The building blends historic architecture with modern functionality, including LEED-certified sustainable features, making it a cornerstone of the city’s civic infrastructure.

PROCESS

C2A was in charge of modeling the complete existing structure of the building and its architecture for a renovation.

RESULTS

A 300LOD high-quality, wanrnings-free Revit Model for the client to design the renovation.
