A series of university campus buildings designed for student accommodation, healthcare, and maintenance facilities.
C2A supported EHDD during the design phase, from late schematic design (SD) through construction documentation (CD) and permit rounds. We identified potential design challenges, inconsistencies, and cost-impacting issues, ensuring a more efficient approval process.
Our involvement in the design phase helped the team anticipate and mitigate costly revisions, expediting approvals and contributing to a more efficient permitting process with fewer last-minute corrections.
