Office Building
This 10-story office building features five underground levels dedicated to parking and a rooftop terrace with a restaurant, complemented by an accessible green terrace area. The flexible floor plates are divided into four quadrants, allowing spaces to be combined into a single office or configured as multiple units, providing adaptable layouts for a variety of tenants.
The design emphasizes sustainability, targeting LEED certification through green terraces, greywater collection, and automated irrigation systems, among other environmentally conscious solutions. Currently in the coordination and redesign phase, the project focuses on optimizing building systems for efficient use, with construction expected to take approximately two years.
PROCESS
C2A has been involved in the process from the very beginning, starting with the modeling of each discipline. In the first phase, 2D information is recreated in Revit. This is followed by an internal coordination process, which is then reviewed and confirmed in collaboration with all disciplines. This ensures the accurate placement and positioning of all areas, allowing the team to finalize the requested drawings as part of the scope, with updated locations and coordinated element heights.
RESULTS
Our precise modeling and documentation helped accelerate the approval process, ensuring timely permit acquisition while maintaining design accuracy. Coordination between disciplines is a key part of the process, aiming to create a model with minimal clashes, enabling a smooth and efficient construction phase. The result is a well-coordinated project ready for execution.
