Broomfield Heights Middle School BIM: Fresh Construction for Learning
A New 2-Story building, 220,000-square-foot New building with classrooms, Gym, Cafeteria, Basketball cout, Support areas and Open Areas.
PROCESS
C2A developed and coordinated multi-trade BIM models for the new 220,000-square-foot, two-story educational building, including full-trade modeling, RFI tracking, and the production of shop and As-Built drawings.
RESULTS
Our detailed architectural, structural, and MEPF BIM modeling enabled seamless coordination across all disciplines, improving design accuracy and minimizing conflicts. This integrated approach facilitated a smoother construction process and delivered a fully coordinated, construction-ready model.
