Imperial Project - Multifamily
A 26.088-square-foot, the proposed project consists of a three-story multifamily residential building designed to respond to the irregular shape of the site with an efficient and articulated footprint. The building utilizes the allowable three-story limit and proposes a height of 39 feet, requesting a waiver from the 35-foot base height limit.
PROCESS
C2A supported the client by leading the BIM modeling and full project documentation, delivering comprehensive Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), and permit drawing sets.
In addition, C2A facilitated internal multidisciplinary coordination, identifying and tracking issues through structured reports to ensure alignment between architectural, structural, and MEP systems, streamlining communication and minimizing conflicts across all project areas.
RESULTS
Through precise modeling and comprehensive documentation, C2A helped streamline and accelerate the approval process, facilitating timely permit acquisition while maintaining a high level of design accuracy. This rigorous coordination ultimately resulted in a fully integrated, construction-ready project with minimized conflicts and clear, buildable documentation.
