A Home to Relax and Play is a sprawling single-story house in Paradise Valley, featuring multiple bedrooms, expansive entertainment spaces, a luxurious pool, and a fully equipped gym with spa. Designed for both comfort and recreation, it perfectly blends relaxation and lifestyle amenities in a stunning desert setting.
PROCESS
C2A supported the client throughout the Design Development and Construction Drawings phases with a dedicated team of BIM Architects who not only developed the drawings pieces as per the client’s standards but also identified potential design challenges, inconsistencies, and cost-impacting issues, ensuring a more efficient approval process.. C2A also provided guidance and support on the improvement of the graphic and collaborative work standards.
RESULTS
Our expertise in BIM modeling and construction document (CD) development streamlined the workflow and enabled the client to focus on core administrative and sales priorities, while we managed the complete production of high-quality construction documentation. It also helped the team anticipate and mitigate revisions, expediting approvals and contributing to a more efficient permitting process with fewer last-minute corrections.
