A historic Miami landmark undergoing transformation. The 8-story south tower retained its structure while hotel rooms were converted into luxury residences. Completed in 2021.
C2A modeled the architecture and structure based on existing conditions and pre-coordinated the MEPF layouts for subcontractors. We also assisted the contractor in managing coordination meetings and issue resolution.
Our digital modeling enabled a precise restoration process, minimizing structural challenges and ensuring the smooth integration of modern residential amenities within a historic framework.
