A historic landmark in Miami undergoing a major renovation, including the restoration of its original Art Deco elements and the addition of a new 14-story residential tower. The project is set for completion in 2026.
C2A created detailed digital models of the existing structures and pre-coordinated MEPF layouts to guide subcontractors before the coordination phase. We also led coordination meetings, managed issue tracking, and supported the contractor throughout the process.
Our meticulous digital modeling and coordination efforts played a crucial role in preserving the building’s historic integrity while integrating modern infrastructure, ensuring a smooth renovation process and a seamless transition to contemporary standards.
