A 47-story luxury residential tower featuring 135 high-end waterfront condominiums in Miami’s Brickell area. The project presented unique challenges due to its complex façade design and high aesthetic standards.
C2A pre-coordinated MEPF layouts to guide subcontractors before the coordination phase. We also supported the contractor by leading coordination meetings, managing interdisciplinary issues, and ensuring efficient resolution.
Through early-stage MEPF pre-coordination and issue tracking, we facilitated a seamless integration of complex façade elements, reducing rework and ensuring design intent was maintained throughout the construction process.
