Building Community at UCSC
Hagar Development is the first phase of Student Housing West at UCSC, located on a 17‑acre site. It provides around 140 apartments for students with families, an Early Education Center, community spaces, and outdoor areas, creating a supportive and integrated campus environment.
PROCESS
C2A supported the EHDD team during the design phase, from late schematic design (SD) through construction documentation (CD) and permit rounds, developing both Revit Modeling and Set documentation tasks to achieve excellent results.
RESULTS
Our work streamlined the design and documentation process, reducing revisions and accelerating approvals, ensuring the project met the deadlines.
